NdFeB magnet:
A permanent magnet is an object made from a material that is magnetized and creates its own persistent magnetic field. These include the elements iron, nickel and cobalt, some alloys of rare-earth metals, and some naturally occurring minerals such as lodestone. Although ferromagnetic (and ferrimagnetic) materials are the only ones attracted to a magnet strongly enough to be commonly considered magnetic, all other substances respond weakly to a magnetic field, by one of several other types of magnetism.
Magnetic Bar:
Magnetic bars are mainly used to filter various fine powders and liquids, iron-containing impurities in semi-liquids and other materials with magnetic properties. They are widely used in chemical, food, waste recycling, carbon black and other fields.

The production process:
1. Neodymium magnets are actually composed of neodymium, iron and boron (they are also referred to as NIB or NdFeB magnets).
2. The powdered mixture is pressed under great pressure into molds.
3. The material is then sintered (heated under a vacuum), cooled, and then ground or sliced into the desired shape.
4. Coatings are then applied if required.
5. Finally, the blank magnets are magnetized by exposing them to a very powerful magnetic field in excess of 30 KOe.
